Small patch:

• Fix crash in planet-information (from galaxy-map) or when talking to certain people on Yei planet because Yei trader has misspelled shop-item id.
• Fix new players still starting with "laid back Yamo" off because the default configuration file created still added laidbackyamo=false.
• Hopefully fix 'blue villa' call-out never occurring or taking very long to occur or occurring when not even in the 'blue villa' system.
