- Drunk description now says you won't get annoyed and topics on other
  drunks cost less.
- Fix Roadrage degrade showing full ui-effect (new item notification).
- Cleaned up advice.txt
- Simplified 'warning.txt'. - Fix some thug still called 'test thug'.
- Fix player name in small-caps on CharacterScreen.
- Fix remote-order button not following day/night ui-colors.
- Fix clicking 'choose action' effect during action-sequence hangs the
  action-sequence and a crackling sound is heard.
- New kill/win sound that communicates the winning as well as the
  'horror'.
- Fix crash on using settings to change volumes.
- Fix music-volume slider showing same value as volume slider.
