Tiny patch (for Steam version) to fix that help isn't working. Sorry, never noticed myself because it only happens when TAXINAUT is installed under C:\Program Files... because of the space in "Program Files" when looking up the local manual html file. This probably didn't affect itch.io version unless you placed TAXINAUT under a path with spaces in it.
